Quality, environment health and safety policy at work

COVERGLOBAL GROUP is a Galician group of companies formed by 3 partners to meet the needs of customers in the renewable energy sector. The group is composed of the companies COVER GLOBAL, S.L., COVERWIND SOLUTIONS, S.L.U. (Spain and France), COVERSUN SOLUTIONS, S.L.U. and COVER RENEWABLE MOROCCO S.A.R.L., each of them with the following fields of activity:

  • COVER GLOBAL, S.L.: Company dedicated to the management of a portfolio of transferable securities through a holding company, performing financial, administrative, accounting and human resources management functions, as well as implementing and maintaining the quality, environment and health and safety system.
  • COVERWIND SOLUTIONS, S.L.U.: Company dedicated to the provision of services in the wind energy production sector, specializing in assistance in the assembly of wind farms, supervision of assembly and associated quality inspection and maintenance of wind farms.
  • COVERWIND SOLUTIONS FRANCE, S.A.RL.: Company dedicated to the provision of services in the wind energy production sector, specializing in assistance in the assembly of wind farms, supervision of assembly and associated quality inspection and maintenance of wind farms. Company dedicated to the design and assembly of solar photovoltaic installations.
  • COVERSUN SOLUTIONS, S.L.U.: Company dedicated to the design and assembly of solar photovoltaic installations.
  • COVER RENEWABLE MOROCCO, S.A.R.L..: Company dedicated to the provision of services in the wind energy production sector, specializing in assistance in the assembly of wind farms, supervision of assembly and associated quality inspection and maintenance of wind farms.

In order to achieve the objectives we have set ourselves, and aware of the importance of quality in the performance of each of the works proposed by our companies, we have considered it necessary to implement a management system for quality, environment, health and safety at work, which is effective and efficient, and which demonstrates to the interested parties the commitment of the COVERGLOBAL GROUP and the Management to the continuous improvement of the quality of our services and the adaptation to new changes, by establishing the following guidelines :

  • Maintain and increase the full satisfaction of customers and other interested parties by providing services in accordance with their requirements, needs and expectations, as well as the specifications set.
  • Management will promote the concept of continuous improvement as a permanent objective, aligning this improvement with the growth strategy, knowledge and dissemination of services provided.
  • Implementation of a documented system (or standards) to ensure compliance of all services in each organization.
  • To implement in the COVER GLOBAL Group the continuous improvement of the processes and the management system itself as a standard of conduct.
  • Strengthening corporate social responsibility.
  • Ensure an ongoing commitment to environmental protection and pollution prevention.
  • Commit to providing safe and healthy working conditions to eliminate hazards and reduce OHS risks, and to prevent injury and deterioration of worker health.
  • Ensure commitment to determining indicators to measure process quality.
  • To guarantee the continuous training and qualification of the organization’s personnel according to their specific activity, providing them with the necessary knowledge to carry out this activity focused on meeting the needs of the interested parties.
  • To encourage and promote the consultation and participation of workers in the actions and decisions to be taken.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal provisions and other requirements to which the organization subscribes.
  • Establish achievable improvement goals that are reviewed in the short term by management.
  • Commitment to provide the means and human and material resources necessary to achieve the objectives set.

To this end, the Management Manager has the authority to intervene in all departments of each of the Group’s companies, to the extent deemed appropriate, to verify the effectiveness of the quality, environment and health and safety management system.

As Manager, I am committed to developing the quality, environment, health and safety guidelines as defined in this policy and in the management system documentation.
